We offer comprehensive, full-scope training in ophthalmology delivered across Eye Foundation Hospital and Eye Foundation Community Hospital, with rotations through all our branches in Nigeria. The program is conducted in line with the curricula of the International Council of Ophthalmology (ICO), the West African College of Surgeons (WACS) and the Nigerian Postgraduate Medical College (NPMC), preparing you to qualify as a member and fellow of the relevant colleges.

Who can apply
Applicant must be a qualified ophthalmologist who has successfully completed an accredited ophthalmology residency programme and obtained a recognized fellowship qualification. Applicants must also hold a valid practicing license in their country of practice.
For International Applicant: Foreign nationals undertaking clinical training in Nigeria must obtain temporary registration with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN) before commencing clinical duties.
